Released Nov. 2006 through Prophetess Theresa Johnson
I heard this in my spirit this morning: “I am loosing DESTINY upon my people this day! Tell them to release the fear that binds them … and run toward purpose. Urgently … I call THEM! Urgently … I will send them out when they come unto me.”
God began to share with me that many barriers have been broken, scattered and blown like a strong wind off the lives of his people, his remnant. But somewhere, lurking in the residue, there is a a spirit of fear seeking to rise and re-enter… attempting to convince many who are on the threshold of destiny. I hear the Lord saying, “Don’t stop moving! Don’t stop pressing! Don’t be deceived! Loose fear …. run … and see….”
2 Timothy 1:3-7 says, “Therefore, I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
Isaiah 41:10 says, “Fear thou not; for I {am} with thee: be not dismayed; for I {am} thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”
The Greek origin of “fear” is phobos. It’s from this origin that we get the word “phobia.” Fear, in an of itself, seeks to kill a believers spirit, steal their confidence in God’s ability to use them, and to destroy their destiny. Fear releases paranoia and torment in the life of believer if not eradicated — forcing them to cast their confidence aside.
FEAR hinders prayers, robs believers of their confidence in God, breads insecurity, feeds jealousy and envy, fosters depression and anxiety, fuels frustration, and causes a believer to take their focus off God and adjust their eyes to self or to others. Evict this spirit and reclaim your confidence and move!
The Lord is saying, “Don’t hesitate! Conquers fear by by demonstration and action! Conquer fear by decreeing my word! Don’t worry about the outcome or the reason why. Stand firm on the promises I have made you … and fight. Rise! Run! Watch …and embrace your destiny …release the fear that binds you …”
Each one of us has a purpose to fulfill. For many, that timing is NOW! Some are inside the door. What you have is needed in the body. Allow no one – not even yourself – to snatch it away.
1 Chronicles 28:20 says, And David said to his son Solomon, “Be strong and of good courage, and do it; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the LORD God—my God—will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.
