Word of the Lord: The House That God Built

(This Word of the Lord comes from a dream, its interpretation, prophetic insight and the Word of the Lord.)

THE DREAM SEPT. 3

This morning, I had a dream just before I awoke. In it, I was on my knees praying and interceding fervently in my Holy language. My arms were wrapped across my belly as I bent over with my head lowered. My intercession was intense and as I prayed my body shook with every utterance – like a person releasing deep, pent up uncontrollable sobs.

I was watching myself in this dream – on the outside looking in so-to-speak. I was dressed in this long, flowing white raiment. There was not a single part of me that was visible or uncovered beneath this garment, even my feet were sealed. There was this beautiful radiance or glow around me in an unbearably bright, almost blinding environment. Yet, I had this intense feeling of safety, security and overwhelming love all around me.

As I observed myself, I remember questioning where I was.

I woke up weeping and overwhelmed knowing that I had been in the presence of God in a new way! But what really grasped hold of me was this realization: I was INSIDE CHRIST… like a catepillar would be inside a cocoon. While this was a dream, I knew this was a REALITY in the Spirit realm. I knew without a doubt that the light around me was Christ’s brilliance, His Glory, His intensity! It was His GLORIOUS ILLUMINATION that made my raiment so blindingly pure!

I was given a visual representation of HOW FATHER sees me and those who ARE HIS when He searches for us. Not only was I “inside Christ” – but I knew that the PLACE where I was had been specifically chosen, set aside and positioned JUST for me.

This was MY PLACE of HABITATION in the BODY OF CHRIST!

Hold on to that bolded phrase above and that underlined word. While this dream recalls my personal experience and encounter with Father, it stretches beyond me. I am one servant among many, who have had an encounter this morning that IS NECESSARY for me to share. It’s about those Sons who EARNESTLY chase after or seek after Father with a pure heart.

So as you walk through this Word of the Lord with me, I know it will encourage you and STRENGTHEN YOU along your journey.

PROPHETIC INSIGHT& THE INTERPRETATION

Psalm 107:4-7 CJB says, “They wandered in the desert, on paths through the wastes, without finding any inhabited city. They were hungry and thirsty, their life was ebbing away. In their trouble they cried to ADONAI, and he rescued them from their distress. He LED them by a DIRECT PATH to a CITY WHERE THEY COULD LIVE.”

In a number of bible translations, the last phrase of this scripture is quoted this way, “..He led them to a CITY OF HABITATION.”

This “city where they could live” or this “place of habitation” is actually a TRUE HOME FOR THE SOUL prepared by Father in the realm of the spirit for each one of His children to dwell. It is a place in which we can meet Him in “spirit and in truth” in which there are no distractions, interferences or division that comes with flesh or the cares of this world. It is a LITERAL & SPIRITUAL place of HABITATION. Habitation can simply be defined this way: a place of residence, an abode, a colony, a settlement, a community, or the act of occupying.

Immediately, Holy Spirit brought John 14:2 CJB into my spirit. In it, Jesus says:

“In my Father’s house are many PLACES TO LIVE. If there weren’t, I would have told you; because I AM GOING THERE TO PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU.”

People of God, Father showed me “my place” this morning – the place where I live in the realm of the spirit. It is NOT a place of my own making – but one that has been prepared SPECIFICALLY FOR ME BY JESUS for the purpose of full restoration to my Father’s house so that I might continuously rise up in HIM to fulfill my destiny and purpose.

You see, we are truly IN Christ.

Father’s vision for restoration and reconciliation is our bottom line. Period. There is no call or vision greater than THIS… as THIS is the end result of all visions and callings. Everything that we do by Him and through HIM leads to this place. Bear with me, I promise you we are getting to the interpretation of this dream and Father’s Word for you today.

Holy Spirit brought 2 Corinthians 5 in its entirety – the reconciliation chapter – up in my spirit. The first couple of verses say this:

“We know that when the tent which houses us here on earth is torn down, WE HAVE A PERMANENT BUILDING FROM GOD, a building NOT made by HUMAN hands, to HOUSE US IN HEAVEN. For in this tent, our earthly body, we GROAN with desire to have around us THE HOME FROM HEAVEN that will be ours. With this around us we will not be found naked.”

You see, in this dream Father was showing me that my spirit-man, my soul was IN THE HOUSE OF THE LORD (not in the tents of the earth). I saw myself in the Spirit, as God sees me, GROANING WITH DESIRE THROUGH INTERCESSION for my permanent home in Heaven…. or that dwelling place that is eternal.

This dream is a picture of the POSITION and posture that Father is calling me and all of His Sons into in this hour! He is bringing us into a higher place of understanding WHO WE ARE and WHERE WE ARE in this journey.

We are NOT of this world! Our reality is NOT what we see!

The Word of the Lord came to me saying: “In THIS HOUR, I am pressing my Sons into a place of truly realizing that they are aliens in this earth and that they have access to Heaven RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW in my presence.”

This might seem utterly ridiculous to you right. I am sure you understand what it means to be in Father’s presence; but what He is conveying is that OUR EXISTENCE… right at this VERY MOMENT is one in which “everything you do, are doing and will do” is LITERALLY being walked out INSIDE THE HOUSE that has been prepared for you. In other words, we are not “walking out a vision of earth” — at any time. We are not living in this world – even now! It might seem that we are… but He is calling us to literally SEE OUR EXISTENCE as HE SEES IT.

I really believe that there is hidden treasure that can be seen from my dream for those who can hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying.

Acts 17:27-28 ASV says, “…and he made of one every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, HAVING DETERMINED [their] appointed seasons, and THE BOUNDS OF THEIR HABITATION; …that they should seek God, if haply they might feel after him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us: FOR IN HIM WE LIVE, AND MOVE AND HAVE OUR BEING as certain even of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.”

People of God, through this dream we are being reminded that:

Christ and the Father are ONE. (John 10:30)

Christ is seated on the right hand side of the Father interceding for unceasingly. (Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:24-25)

We are ONE with Christ. (John 10:16; Romans 12:5) Because of this oneness, we are also seated on the right hand of Father IN UNCEASING INTERCESSION and are one with Christ.

In CHRIST we LIVE (find our place habitation), move (walk out and work out every aspect of our lives), and have our being (our existence, identities, personalities, character, beliefs, etc.). (Acts 17:27-28)

We are SEATED (postured and positioned) in Heavenly places. (Ephesians 2:6) We are already IN HEAVEN and being released into HEAVENLY places. We are not waiting on a home, we are IN OUR HOME ALREADY – and Father is commanding us TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT this morning… and receive it fully. We have access to Father’s best for us NOW!

People of God, I pray that I am adequately conveying what Father showed me in this dream. You see, I caught a glimpse of my position or my posture INSIDE CHRIST in the HEAVENLY PLACE NOW. In my dream, I was on my knees being PURIFIED of the effects of this earth realm.

I don’t know what He is going to show you, but RIGHT NOW… I had a glorious opportunity to see what the Lord was doing in my soul AND HOW He pictured me in the Spirit. I had a chance to see the part of the CITY that was built for me – a place in which no one else was allowed to enter BUT ME! I saw my SPIRIT MAN pressed under the weight of God’s Glory.

What is Father saying? He is saying to you today that YOU LIVE IN THE CITY HE BUILT AND THAT CHRIST PREPARED! He wants you to SEE YOURSELF THERE…. not IN THIS WORLD!

It is time for you and I to fully dwell in the IN THE CITY AND IN THE HOUSE THAT GOD BUILT! It is time to ask Holy Spirit to reveal our habitation to us.

Yes, we are the temple of Holy Spirit… but even the Spirit of God dwells within Him.
