(While this word applies to everyone, it is specifically targeted to those walking in the office of a prophet.)
The Spirit of the Lord is saying: My role in your life is to strengthen your character in this hour. I know you have prayed and asked me to build and strengthen you in love, not only for me but for your neighbor. Know that I have heard your cries. I am answering them NOW. By my Spirit I am “arresting your heart with compassion, removing its hardness.” I am teaching you to hate what I hate, and to love what it is that I love.
I am releasing you from that soul-ish nature that seeks to laugh and mock the brokenness in those I seek to make whole. I am stripping the flesh away, and placing a cloak of compassion on your shoulders. I am giving you a strong sense of discernment that not only allows you to see the battle for the broken soul, but to help you develop a deeper love for them, a heart of continuous intercession for them. What you see will no longer be a place of judgment and comedy, but a place of conviction.
Beloved, double-mindedness and silliness is not your portion.
This day I have caused your hands to war on your own behalf and your fingers to fight. I have called you from among the mockers and the scoffers; and declare that you are my healers and peace makers. I declare this day that you will resist the pull of the enemy and see him flee. I declare that you will walk the way of the righteous, move from the ways of child and into the ways of maturity. Know that every time you rend your heart to me, I am accepting your sacrifice of confession and repentance. I am positioning you for effectiveness in the midst of my life-giving army. Meditate on my word. Let it come alive in you moment by moment. As I transform your heart and your mind, I am also transforming relationships around you. Beloved, you are mine. Wash your mind in my word and watch your tongue speak sweetly. Wash your hands in my presence and watch your arms embrace my people, as I have embraced them. In Jesus Name.
