Insight specific to the ministry of the prophetic scribe and worship artists

PROPHETIC VISION
It was a bright, sunny day. The landscape was filled with mountains and green landscape. Everywhere the natural eye could see looked perfect. I saw believers walking North along a clear path toward what looked like a four-way intersection. I knew this group was heading in the proper direction. Ahead, there was another group of believers on the other side heading south toward them. There were also groups heading from the East and West toward the same intersection. The center of the intersection had a word painted like a caution sign that said: “Decision.”
As the group traveling north approached the intersection, some became distracted by the merging of the groups and stopped to interact. The group heading South was intent on drawing everyone away from the Northern path. And within minutes, nearly everyone was changing or reversing course – completely distracted and influenced by what was taking place them beneath the sun. It took only seconds for some to be pulled completely off course. Only a faithful, immovable few continued North as if no one was there.
Acts 19:32 CJB, “Meanwhile, some were shouting one thing and others something else, because the assembly was in complete confusion, and the great majority didn’t even know why they were there.”
WORD OF THE LORD
In this moment, I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, “Confusion is increasing across the land. In this coming season, Babel will be amplified in the hearts and minds of the people. You must ensure that you know where you stand on all things and remain not easily persuaded. It is imperative that you keep your eyes, ears and your heart in close, close counsel with Holy Spirit. Allow me, beloved, to be your navigator concerning all things and I will rescue you from the hands of my enemy.
SEEK to confirm that your alignments are my alignments for you. It is not my desire that you are led astray, are pulled into wondering or are snatched away from the divine road set for you. SEEK to confirm that your alignments are my alignments for you! Ensuring that your present course is deeply rooted in me will keep your mind clear, your heart pure, discernment high, eyes open; and make your direction and election sure.”

PROPHETIC INSIGHT
I heard the word “navigation” as Father released this vision. In Hebrew, however, there is no specific biblical word to convey navigate as we know it day – but there is the understanding of “plotting one’s course” which carries a similar connotation “as navigation.”
We associate navigation with piloting ships, flying airplanes – and rightly so; these activities require precise navigation. The term is also used to express the need to live one’s life from “the supreme counsel of the Lord” or a place of “supreme wisdom.” For apostolic people, this is living out of every word that has and does precede out of the mouth of God.
You see, at the center of navigation is following the example of the ultimate navigator, Christ. Period. All roads lead back to his New Covenant sacrifice and our role in walking out and revealing that sacrifice to others.
PROPHETIC INSTRUCTION CONCERNING NAVIGATION
This is a season for apostolic strategy concerning all things. Literally weigh all moves by the direction of Holy Spirit that governs your life:
- Proverbs 11:14 CJB says, “Without clever tactics an army is defeated, and victory comes from much planning.”
This is a season for apostolic alignment. No man can afford to be an island in this season. There is a depth of brotherhood that Father has ordained that will be instrumental in sustaining, encouraging and exhorting ministers in this hour. If you have spent the last season loosely connected to mature apostles and prophets, disconnected or otherwise uncommitted to high level accountability, prayer covering and/or mentoring relationships in your marriage, family or ministry, this is the season in which Holy Spirit will direct those connections.
God is placing his people in apostolic covenant relationships that serve in building a hedge of protection around ministers and ministries. Accountability, integrity and God-centered love will surround these relationships. They will be accessible and will not be one sided. In addition, some areas of natural and spiritual elevation are directly connected to these alignments. Certain opportunities will also be connected to these accountability-based relationships enabling you to access necessary resources, to progress, unlock and move as needed. Look for these relationships to be advanced and mature, not low-level and common.
- Proverbs 29:18 NIV says, “Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction.”
This is the season for exercising a new dimension of apostolic authority in your personal life, in your family life and in your ministry environments. This is especially true for those who have not walked in their true authority, who have exercised an assumed authority or a false authority or who have given in to slothfulness. This is a season for breaking unhealthy, ungodly dependences on others at all level of relationship. Get ready for all your hope to be placed in the Lord as he positions you to stand in the authority you have been given in completely new ways.
- Luke 10:19 NLT, “Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you…”
This is a season for testing every spirit– making sure that all things fall under the litmus test of the Word of God. This is necessary to avoid the traps of confusion and deceit as new and expanded doctrines emerge across the land. This is also a season for increased discernment that the people of God will quickly know the truth from a lie.
- 1 John 4:1 CJB, “Dear friends, don’t trust every spirit. On the contrary, test the spirits to see whether they are from God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”
This is the season to operate fully in the anointing of the apostolic. Father is releasing a sound, strong apostolic Spirit in the midst of his people – one that is fully immersed in love, but all so steep in stern authority, uncompromise, great vision and intense focus that exceeds hardship, trials and tribulation. (Study Christ’s journey from Gethsemene to the Cross. Once he cried out to the Lord to take this cup from him, Christ shifted immediately into the apostolic… a necessary place to complete his assignment.) This is a finishers anointing… that comes by making a decision to walk fully as ONE with Christ.
