I have noticed over the last couple of years that Holy Spirit has begun to minister a prophetic word for the New Year several months preceding January. Last year He revealed to me the significance of this is due to the Biblical calendar, whose New Year begins earlier than the Gregorian calendar New Year. Although Holy Spirit ministered this message to me for 2016 a while back, He is leading me to share it now.
Holy Spirit ministered to me His declaration for His people is this: Cease from mixing in 2016, so that He may complete His work of fixing, forming, and adorning you on His potter’s wheel. Submit and surrender to the work of Holy Spirit. Allow Him to seal His Torah (instructions) upon your heart. Allow Him to remove every other mark and seal upon your heart, in order that He alone should remain as the seal of covenantal love upon your heart.
Furthermore, Holy Spirit ministered to me that this will be a year of transformation for God’s people. Holy Spirit is completing a transforming work within us in order to prepare us to be used as vessels of transformation within God’s Kingdom. Therefore, God desires us to seek His face diligently for complete transformation according to His will through the process of repentance and sanctification. To the measure that we allow Holy Spirit to complete His work of reconciliation in our lives is in direct correlation to the measure that He is able to use us in the ministry of reconciliation in others’ lives.

I pray God’s blessings upon each of God’s sons and daughters throughout this season of fixing, forming, and adorning on God’s potter’s wheel. May our eyes be opened to understand the cry of our Heavenly Father: “House of Isra’el, can’t I deal with you as the potter deals with his clay? — says Adonai. Look! You, house of Isra’el, are the same in my hand as the clay in the potter’s hand” (CJB, Jeremiah 18:6). I pray for a spirit of humility, repentance, surrender, and obedience to overtake us in the season of transformation, in order that Holy Spirit may have His perfect will and way in and through our lives. In Yeshua’s most precious name. Amen.

Abba Father, I am in a war.
I cry out to You, concerning the battle to my mind.
I cry out to You, concerning the war that I’m engaged in.
Your Word says, “We wrestle not against flesh and blood,
But against principalities, powers, world rulers
And spiritual wickedness in high places.”
It is only Your blood that can cleanse me and set me free.
I come in no other name, but the name of Jesus.
I pray for complete deliverance.
I come against the spirit of confusion
That comes to confuse my mind.
Holy Spirit, you pray through me.
Break the stronghold of the enemy.
Cleanse my mind.
Purify my mind.
Loose the chains that have me bound, and set me free.
I speak to every confusing spirit,
And I command every stronghold to be broken.
I command every chain to be loosed,
And I command every shackle to fall off.
In Jesus’ mighty name.
Lord, teach me how to pray.
Teach me how to fight, to war, and to disarm the principalities
And the powers of darkness through Your authority and power.
Deliver me from the snare of the fowler.
Deliver me from the noisome pestilence.
Teach me how to fight.
Teach me how to stand in You.
Teach me how to trust you, Lord God.
I need your help, guidance, and direction.
I must be led by Your Spirit.
Help me, Jesus.
Reveal to me where I am.
Reveal what is going on,
And reveal what is taking place in my life.
Reveal to me the enemy’s plans.
This battle is not mine.
It is Yours, and the fullness thereof.
Deliver me from the stronghold of the enemy.
I am engaged in a war,
And I have no knowledge of what I am fighting against.
But I am asking you to fight through me.
I am asking You to disarm the power of darkness through me.
I am asking you for deliverance in every area of my life.
I am trusting You.
Therefore, I commit my spirit, soul, and body into Your hand.
In Jesus’ name.
Amen.
