(It is safe to say that this gifting and calling has extremes. Seriously. Those who identify with MOST of these signs have, currently do, or probably will serve in some type of executive administrative position with a high level of responsibility. Often, they will lead other administrators or significant administrative processes. Those who may feel that they are administrators but are not functioning at extremes in these areas could simply be in an exploratory or developing phase for this particular anointing. Then, there are people who simply function in these capacities out of necessity or while in a season of grace to fulfill an assignment but may not have a calling. There are many people that fall into that category.)
1. Intensely focused on providing solutions within their metron to others
2. Has an unusual commitment to help others in an administrative capacity
3. Can be found VOLUNTEERING their administrative giftings
4. Are often EXCELLENT at written communication, especially complaints, negotiations, etc.
5. Are passionate TROUBLE SHOOTERS within their measure
6. Constant learners. Can be found constantly seeking ways to professionally upgrade their skill set and professional capacity
7. They do not think like everyone else. Their mind is wired specifically for administrative type-thinking. Even their creativity has structure… and that’s okay.
8. Are often misunderstood, especially among non-administrative types, and those that are artistically creative.
9. Can be “wrongly” viewed as troublemakers in business, organizations and institutions as relates to their natural propensity toward order
10. Are often EXTREMELY technical in the administration of their gifting
11. Often operate on facts, proven information
12. Excellent at stripping away excess, and getting to the foundation and structure of a thing
13. Excellent foundation setters and have a gift of scaffolding vision
14. See the world from a practical perspective
15. While they dream, they dream in reality and with evidence
16. Often focused on realistic goals and outcomes. They do not entertain unachievable fantasy.
17. Without humility, they can be extremely arrogant, matter of fact and condescending
18. Generally, above average intelligent.

20. Excellent and deliberate at scheduling and managing their time

23. When in a chaotic administrative situation, can prophetically see the solutions
24. Automatically knows how to implement good processes and procedures where their expertise is needed
25. Can easily turn an idea into a vision, and a vision into reality within their measure
26. Can easily strip meat from bones in administrative settings, getting to what’s necessary
27. Can be extremely willful and insistent on their own way
28. Can be difficult to work with if humility is not their portion
29. Generally, do not like to work with unteachable or incompetent people
30. Can be extremely short on patience when the gift of efficiency is not set-in place
31. Are generally excellent students when under exceptional leadership within their measure
32. Are often perfectionists
33. Understands the lexicon of administration
34. Rarely have friends or relationships that would be categorized as “messy” unless they are in mentoring or training situations
35. Keeps great records, especially as it relates to their measure
36. Collect calculators, highlighters, specialty papers

38. Often excellent researchers within their measure
39. Might be “productivity software” addicts (buying new products to try)
40. Extremely gifted administrators are often successful entrepreneurs, CEOs or they are highly sought-after components of success teams
41. Are organize addicts in nearly every aspect of their lives from setting up kitchen cabinets to styling their personal space (and yours if you are not careful)
42. Can easily avoid nonproductive or corrupt organizations, businesses, and institutions by observing their administrative processes and practices
43. Maybe excellent at structuring leadership for the ideal positions within a workplace
44. Extreme love for managing organizational processes behind the scenes
45. Would never EVER be called lazy or unproductive
46. Often viewed as over-achievers
47. Often looked upon as nerds, brainiacs within the administrative realm
48. Are walking EXPERTS in their specific administrative field
49. They are living and breathing repositories within their realm. Unless you are a colleague, there is no way to match their knowledge-base

60. Are natural accountants, training and skill simply enhances the joy of it and ups the skill level
61. Loves to keep inventory, and may find themselves counting things because they simply like to do so
62. Are generally very deliberate with who they work with or allow in their cerebral field
63. Love to hang around intellectual people
64. Have a passion for meaningful and constructive conversation
65. Despises chit-chat. Sees it as wasting time.
66. Have more highlighters, colored post-its, colored folders, etc. than the average person

71. Enjoy looking through well-organized instruction manuals, courses, magazines, etc.

73. Enjoy friendships and relationships with people “like them” more than with others
74. Find mind-bending administrative work exciting and fun
75. Tend to love crossword puzzles, word searches, sudoku puzzles, and related games

79. Can troubleshoot administrative related situations within their measure with ease
