Writing like Jesus has so many implications for us as prophetic writers within The Scribal Anointing® teachings.
Those implications reach deeply into the three levels of scribal release: administration, instruction and creativity.
To me, the most important part of writing like Him is understanding THE CARE He gives to every word, concept, idea and release.
Every stroke of His pen fortifies:
– Revealing the Father
– Reconciling of all things
– Imparting likeness and image
– Revealing Abundant life
– Loving God, Loving others
– Maturing in Him
– Being made whole
– Growing in faith, believe
– Putting on His mind
Our Alignment as Prophetic Writers
And a kazillion other life-giving, Kingdom building truths that guides the congregation toward its purpose, destiny.
Writing like Him aligns us with standing boldly as LIGHTHOUSES ON HILLS AND SALT IN THE EARTH.
To SEE Christ’s PARCHMENT (people), to CONSIDER about THE KIND OF PEN He chose (mercy, grace, hope, love, sacrifice, truth in love, fire, peace, etc) and to WATCH the INK OF THE SPIRIT form words, images, sounds, atmospheres, etc. is to witness His power in us and in the world around us.
Then, to know we have been released to use that same power in the earth — is mind boggling from a humble, Sonship perspective.
Considering His Parchment
I have simply been left with this question: What am I writing on HIS PARCHMENT TODAY that speaks into eternity? How am I giving life to the eternal vision of the Kingdom with the pen entrusted to me.
All of our pens are LIKE HIS if we are indeed following Him. Our blood-dipped pen (administratively, creatively and instructionally) drip words and vision of Him on “people parchment” everyday.
Our ink travels by mouth, word and deed. And because we are scribes after the Father’s heart, we are destined to leave imprints, memorial stones, legacy….
Are we leaving His parchment with what is eternal – faith, hope and love, or what is temporal and fails to bear a harvest?
The PROPHETIC calls forth the Lord of the harvest… from every piece of parchment and epistle presented to us. And what we pray is simple: THAT HE BE MADE KNOWN.
