Part I: Identifying & Releasing Chaotic People

2 Corinthians 12:20 CJB, “For I am afraid of coming and finding you not the way I want you to be, and also of not being found the way you want me to be. I am afraid of finding quarreling and jealousy, anger and rivalry, slander and gossip, arrogance and disorder.”

As a body, we must address a very serious issue among our members – not to shame anyone, but to continue equipping and bringing us all into the unity of the faith. There is a stronghold wreaking havoc among us, and it is literally hidden from the casual eye yet destroying God-appointed relationships daily. That stronghold, as father revealed it to me, is “the spirit of chaos.”

Word of the Lord: Guard Your Hearts

Posted on 02/10/2012 by Theresa Harvard Johnson

Released Through Theresa Harvard Johnson, January 2012

Word of the Lord

This morning, Father said this to me: “Tell my chosen that it is urgent that they GUARD THEIR HEARTS.”

Proverbs 4:20-27 CJB says, “20 My son, pay attention to what I am saying; incline your ear to my words. 21 Don’t let them out of your sight, keep them deep in your heart; 22 for they are life to those who find them and health to their whole being. 23 Above everything else, guard your heart; for it is the source of life’s consequences. 24 Keep crooked speech out of your mouth, banish deceit from your lips. 25 Let your eyes look straight ahead, fix your gaze on what lies in front of you. 26 Level the path for your feet, let all your ways be properly prepared; 27 then deviate neither right nor left; and keep your foot far from evil.”

Prophetic Insight

Evil is all around us. This morning as I had my quiet time with the Lord, He continued to remind me that, “WE ARE NOT TO LET OUR GUARD DOWN.”

Father, Reveal My Scribal Purpose To Me? (2)

Copyright 2008. Theresa Harvard Johnson. All Rights Reserved. Excerpt taken from Book, “Scribal Purpose: 10 Reasons Why The Lord Has Called Us To Write”  and the full training manual, “The Scribal Anointing”

In addition, you may download or view online our free e-book, Scribal Purpose.

If I were to ask you why you write, what would you say? I’ve heard writers say, “I write because it is who I am and what I do. I just don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t write.” The other answer I’ve heard is; “I write to encourage others and to glorify God.”

While these reasons are spoken from the heart of a scribe, they only scratch the surface of God’s plans for us. We are doing a whole lot more than just writing or even encouraging others. Whenever I am asked that question, now that I know and understand God’s purpose for scribal ministry, I often say: “I write because I must. The book of Acts must continue to be written, and there must be a continuous written witness to the gospel for the generations to come.“

PART II: The Significance of Recording the DATE & TIME in Scribal Ministry (2)

Posted on 02/10/201205/24/2024 by Theresa Harvard Johnson

(I want to encourage you to read PART I of this article: Click here. It covers the foundation and will bring greater understanding to what is written below.)

God wants to PROVE His Word.

The Hebrew meaning of the Word prove is to “test, try or tempt.” In my time with the Lord, I heard the phrase “test by fire” and the word “authenticate.” The process of “proving something” or “authenticating” a thing is one in which something is taken through “tests” to validate whether it is genuine or fake.

I am reminded of how the Lord “PROVES" us, and how He proved Job to his wife and peers; and especially to Satan. I am reminded constantly about how Father says He does things for His name’s sake. In other words, no man or created being CAN EVER call God a liar.
