DREAM SUMMARY:
In a dream, I was standing on a mountain top’s highest peak. I was dressed in this modern-day priestly mantle holding a silver staff and looking out over the earth as a chosen scribe of God. This position was my purpose and destiny, and I knew it with everything in me. Below, there was a sea of artisans and scribes – equally adorned in breath-taking, heavenly gear – standing in military-style formation between other giant mountains, filling in the valleys as far as the eye could see. At the tops of those mountain peaks were other artisans – also wrapped in mantles and holding their respective staffs. To my right was this GIANT ancient, weathered book, inkwell and intricately designed stylus or dipping pen. As I gazed upon the book, the cover flew open and the pages began to flip rapidly as words rose from them and into the earth… reaching through time, space. Inwardly, I knew that book contained the times and seasons of God for some critical projects destined to reach the earth.

VISION
I saw people of all ages bound in wheelchairs, confined to beds or sitting in upright positions whose physical bodies were afflicted. Some of them were completely immobile and unable to speak – but fully alive and aware in their heart and minds. I sensed overwhelming grief as I saw them, as some of them were longing for a greater connection to God and His people. It was obvious to me – in this moment – that they knew him.
I overwhelmingly sensed the Lord’s heart for them and the heart of those assigned to give them life. In a flash, I saw numerous organized groups (of about five or six people) coming into this one particular facility to teach, pray, release prophecy, perform miracles and in some instances, help those in the midst of severe suffering enter into deep forgiveness and peace; and ready themselves for transition from this life into the arms of Christ. I knew that this massive influx of believers was an indication that the Lord was pouring His spirit upon those in need and those empowered to serve. I strongly sensed that the Lord wanted to encourage those called to this area of ministry; empower them to continue in their well-doing; and to encourage them to “not give up” on mobilizing their efforts to reach this population of people.was opening doors for those leading this charge to expand, grow and be seen among the Body. I heard Father say, “This is my place of miracles. There’s much to be done here.” I heard Father say, “This is one of my chosen places of miracles, signs and wonders in this hour. DO NOT get discouraged here.”
In this very moment, I am placing an urgency upon my scribal prophets to gather the volumes assigned to them. Like a historian, they will make available the secrets and mysteries of the Kingdom on critical subjects as I have prescribed it to them over the years for a historical account, for navigational purposes and for foundations on which new revelation can spring forth. I am instructing you in the scribal realm of dreams and visions. I am placing a “knowing” deep within the recesses of your heart concerning what you will write, record and illustrate. These works will be specific, extremely detailed, pin-point accurate and eye opening to those to whom they are assigned. Amen.

Beloved, this is the season that I am calling you out of the shadows of the past and into the present in your writing (books, poems, plays, skits, songs, etc.). I have opened heaven over your desire to release this testimony, causing it to flow with ease from you. I have placed every resource in place to meet your obedience. Rise to the occasion of this clarion call.
Right now… in this moment, I have declared: You will no longer be ashamed of your testimony! No longer concerned with what others who “desire your silence” want to say! You will no longer be fearful of the repercussions that only man can give. I HAVE CALLED YOU FEARLESS! I HAVE CALLED YOU VICTORIOUS! I have called you out of the shadows… and into the light.
