There are “special opportunities” that have opened up and will open up in this season that “offer and present” these opportunities in a learning environment condusive to schedules, lifestyles, budgets, etc. that have not previously existed.

The Lord has been speaking to me about the time that we are in right now as prophetic scribes. I thought today was an ideal time to share this encouraging word with you. I believe it applies to those who have earnestly wanted to pursue educational and entrepreneurial goals but were met with setbacks, closed doors, and tremendous discouragement.
I heard Father say, “A fresh release of The Scribal Anointing® is falling upon youth and young adults between the ages of 13 and 24.”
If you are leading prophetic scribes in this hour, be purposely attentive mindful of the creativity and uniqueness of young people who are being pulled toward technological innovation. There is a group emerging with genius thought and savant insight in some overlooked and uncommon technological areas in the local congregation. The Lord is positioning them as catalysts to revolutionize our understanding of media in the congregation and pioneer in new technologies in our day in “the scribal realm.”
I saw prophetic writers delivering reports to people to whom they are in close relationship with. These reports were bound like books with critical subjects on the front cover and spines that were hand sewn. These reports ranged from collections of letters and prayers to prophetic words and promises. The recipients were people who were intimate with the prophetic writer, like parents, children, close friends, or people in close relationship of some sort. They knew the prophetic writer. When the recipient extended the reports to them, the books were simply transferred to their hands and opened. I saw people weeping as they received and heard the Words of the Lord. I heard the word, “Witness report.” Amen
This is the season to release the witness report for prophetic writers. It is a time when I am requiring my scribal Sons to record OPENLY what they see me do, hear, and say. This scribal company of prophetic writers have a burden to listen and record not only the predictions I am releasing to family, but also close friends, communities, states, regions, etc. concerning my divine instructions and promises, but to date them, time them, distribute them among these groups and in time — follow-up with evidence and proof of the answer.
