Denouncing Ringleaders, Church Circus

I repent for being an appointed “ring leader” in the circus.
I repent for taking my role seriously and finding pride and joy in it as I turned God’s people into acrobats and tight-rope walkers under the circus master’s command.
I repent for leading people in vicious circles and playing with their minds in the ring. When truth presented itself, I turned to evil out of the wickedness of my own heart. Thank you for rescuing me Lord from life in the circus. I receive your forgiveness.

I recognize that sheep are to be cared for, labored over, protected, equipped… directed and led lovingly at all cost to your will. I denounce being a fanatic.
My eyes are no longer glazed over by fanaticism. I am NOT star struck by the leaders around me, who mentor me, who lead me or who I admire. I remove my fixation and ask Holy Spirit to help me see the truth of where I am in my relationships.
