BOX 1. I HAVE ALWAYS DONE IT THIS WAY! Well, there is probably a “better way” than the way things are done in many area of our lives. If we refuse to shift our habits and thinking, newness cannot come. Change isn’t change until you change. People in this place are saying, “It works! I don’t need to change!” Yet, they toil… unnecessarily because of an inability to take a chance to do something differently.

The untamed tongue is a dangerous vice in the hands of a gossip.
Gossipers live their lives in an unrestrained, tongue-flaming, pen wielding rumor mill. Their entire lives become consumed with gathering reports about others and spreading that information with or without verification. The key is this: A gossip takes pleasure in spreading information about other people – even if it’s unverified, filled with speculation or even true.
Part II: The Qoheleth
The realm of the scribe is HUGE. The more I study about this specific designation given to Solomon, the more I dig out His realm and feel the need to do a part II of my teaching on, “The Scribal Realm of Solomon.” It’s available through the Scribe School and will add so much to this little nugget. So much MORE has broken open for me about Him due to this one word.
First, it simply confirms the depth of that teaching. Secondly, it opens up a very specific dimension on “Solomon’s dream realm AND the extremely unique impartation of wisdom He received from God.”
Part I: The Qoheleth (Solomon)
In Hebrew, this PROFOUND WORD means that He was a COLLECTOR OF SENTENCES. This term is reserved for scribal types who have a clear, defined area of specialty that “concerns itself with the wisdom and weight of God’s words” spoken — particularly as it relates to the relationship between understanding and wisdom.
It is a priestly word that was USED SO RARELY that it is primarily associated with the book of Ecclesiastes and the Song of Solomon. Why? Well, I believe its because Solomon was gifted “for a time” with distinguishing between the THINGS OF THE WORLD and the REALITY OF HEAVEN.
