Theresa Harvard Johnson helps present-day prophetic scribes unveil their identity, understand their calling, and walk out their purpose within an individual and corporate understanding of The Scribal Anointing®, the 21st-century revelation of the office of the prophetic scribe.
She also plays an instrumental role in assisting local ministries, prophetic groups, churches and other organizations launch foundational “scribe schools, groups or teams” within their area of influence. The Voices of Christ Apostolic School of the Scribe was established through her work as a fully functioning in-person and online school of ministry.
Ministry Background
Theresa is a commissioned, accountable and proven apostle who has pioneered relentlessly in The Scribal Anointing for more than two decades as a scribal historian and curator of understanding in the Christian faith. Her focus is geared toward helping the present-day congregation understand the breadth, width, depth and impact of the scribe in both secular and sacred arenas, specifically as it relates to equipping believers. She believes this understanding is critical to the rapidly changing congregation in our time, and that the congregation overall under-estimates the prophetic power in this release.
In her research, study and teachings, she draws from a biblical, historical, present-day and academic foundation rooted in revelation. God has gifted her with an ability to bring all of these areas together for spiritual understanding, and for the forging of well-research theological arguments. Her book, “50 Indisputable Biblical Facts About the Ministry of the Prophetic Scribe,” is one such example.
She is commonly referred to as the leading voice on prophetic scribal ministry.
Her lifelong dream is to see the church come into a mature understanding of the significance of the office of the scribe and its impact in the lives of rising generations.
As a result of her pioneering teachings, Theresa has developed an extensive body of work on the present-day office of the prophetic scribe, and the global Scribal Nation.
Her first instructional book, The Scribal Anointing: Scribes Instructed in the Kingdom of Heaven, was published in 2006 and revised in 2011. It was based on a prophetic word she received about in 2005.
Theresa also oversees The Scribal Conservatory Arts & Worship Center, a worship center committed to equipping, empowering and supporting a generation of believers seeking PURE, IMPACTIVE AND IMMERSIVE ministry. The Conservatory is a non-traditional ministry. This simply means we do not follow the order of service or the traditional hierarchal systems found in a standard church setting.
Instead, The Conservatory is built around a vision of community (with designated leadership and regular meeting) that is focused on spiritual growth, development, intensive bible study and Christian living that fosters maturity, equality and relationship after the pattern of Christ and His apostles. We long to be close and fully accountable to God and one-another. The community facilitates spiritually immersive environments that elevate Christ over people. If there is one thing creative people need desperately, it is an environment free of celebrity culture and leadership worship.
